Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window
You may cancel your program enrollment within 7 days of the date of purchase. Cancellations requested within this window are eligible for a full refund (as per our Refund Policy).
2. How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, email vaibhavbajoriaoff@gmail.com with: • Your full name. • Order/Transaction ID. • Program enrolled in. • Reason for cancellation. Our team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and process the cancellation within 2–3 business days.
3. Cancellation After 7 Days
Cancellation requests made after 7 days of purchase will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you have accessed more than 20% of the program content, the cancellation may not qualify for a refund.
4. Program Cancellation by Zerqube Labs
Zerqube Labs reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient enrollment, technical issues). In such cases: • You will be notified at least 3 days in advance. • A full refund will be issued, or you may opt to transfer to a future cohort at no additional cost.
5. Subscription Cancellation
For recurring subscription-based plans (if applicable): • You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing support. • Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
