Return & Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund: • The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date. • You must not have accessed more than 20% of the program content. • A valid reason for the refund must be provided. • Your original payment receipt or transaction ID is required.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds: • Application fees or administrative charges. • Programs where more than 20% of the content has been accessed. • 1-on-1 mentorship sessions that have already been conducted. • Programs where certificates have already been issued. • Custom software development services (governed by separate contract terms).
3. Refund Duration
Once a refund is approved: • The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. • The refund timeline depends on your bank or payment provider and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
4. Refund Mode
All approved refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment used during the transaction. This means: • If you paid via UPI, the refund goes back to your UPI-linked bank account. • If you paid via Debit/Credit Card, the refund goes to the same card. • If you paid via Net Banking, the refund goes to the same bank account. • If you paid via Wallet, the refund goes to the same wallet. Refunds are processed through PayU (our payment gateway).
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, email us at vaibhavbajoriaoff@gmail.com with: • Your full name. • Order/Transaction ID. • Reason for the refund. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
