1. Nature of Services
Zerqube Labs primarily offers digital services and online programs. There are no physical goods shipped in the standard course of business. All deliverables are provided electronically.
2. Digital Delivery
Upon successful payment via PayU: • Instant Access: You will receive access to your program dashboard immediately or within 1 hour. • Email Confirmation: A confirmation email with onboarding instructions will be sent to your registered email address within 1 hour of payment. • Account Activation: Your contributor account is activated within 24 hours.
3. Certificates & Credentials
Digital completion certificates are issued within 48 hours of successful program completion. Certificates are: • Sent via email to your registered email address. • Available for download from your dashboard. • Verifiable via the certificate verification link on our website.
4. Physical Kits (If Applicable)
For programs that include physical welcome kits or merchandise (if offered in the future): • Dispatch: Within 5–7 business days of enrollment. • Delivery: 7–14 business days depending on your location within India. • Tracking: A tracking ID will be shared via email once shipped.
